INCOME REQUIREMENTS: You will ask you to verify your income via a paystub, W2, Tax Return, Bank Statement or other form of documentation. We require a total net income (what you take home after taxes etc.) of 3x the rental rate. For example, if the posted rental rate is $2,000 per month, we'd require a net monthly take home pay of $6,000 per month.
