Rent Payment: The monthly rent shall be paid by the 3rd of each month (Flexible). Payment can be made through Zelle or Stripe. A $50 late fee will be applied if not paid within 5 days. 3. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1500 shall be paid upon signing this lease agreement. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the termination of the lease, minus any deductions for damages or outstanding rent. 4. Utilities: The home is on a well and has no gas. Electricity can be provided by the landlord but is capped at $200 a month. Any additional utility cost will be charged to the tenant 5.
