A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair, and if any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
