Every window has a forest view and the back deck is wonderful for bird watching. 3 furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master king bedroom has a small attached bedroom area with a twin bunkbed. The bunkbed could be removed and would leave lots of room for a closet area. Another large bedroom with a king bed has private access to the back deck. The third bedroom has queen bed and an alcove with 2 twin beds which could be removed and the alcove could be used for storage. The Hot tub will continue to be maintained regularly. The driveway up to the house requires AWD/4 wheel drive. It's not a super long or super steep driveway but just enough that I wouldn't recommend a 2WD vehicle in the winter. Utilities other than the hot tub maintenance are not included. It is furnished but we can discuss removing furnishings that you don't need. Lease available starting March 1st for any length of time up to one year. Utilities: Hot tub maintenance and water/sewer are included. Not included is garbage, internet, power, landscape maintenance and snow removal Pets are allowed but need to be approved first. Outside pets like chickens would be possible, there is a little shed that is available. About 15 mins to Leavenworth and 25 to Wenatchee. Ski both Steven's Pass and Mission Ridge all winter! Ingalls creek kayaking, river tubing and limitless hiking in the nearby area. Lease length can be flexible depending on your needs. 1 month to 1 year. If only 1 month, security deposit and cleaning fee will be adjusted.
