Our home is located in Englewood about 10 minutes from downtown Denver and 20 minutes to the foothills. The house is divided into 2 units with separate entrances. The ground floor 2bed/1bath unit has a living room, a full kitchen, driveway parking, onsite laundry, and a spacious dog run in the backyard. My wife and I live in the downstairs unit, with the driveway, yards/dog run, and laundry being communal spaces. I have selected that tours are available. With everything going on right now, I would be happy to give a FaceTime tour and answer any questions. I would prefer not to give in person tours at this time to give our current tenants peace of mind. Please let me know if you have any questions. Tenant responsible for half of utilities(trash/internet included) currently half is about $125(may be higher in the summer depending on ac use).
