This is a single detached studio. It has it's own entrance, own restroom and an assigned parking spot. The space is fully furnished and it includes a desk, queen bed with drawers under it, wardrobe, pull out twin sofa bed, refrigerator, induction cooktop/hot plate, microwave, some pans and pots, kitchen utensils, silverware, some glasses, an air conditioner and a few shelfs to add your own decorations. The space does not have a T.V. but everything else is pretty much there. The unit shares utilities that are split between 4 other people who live in the big house. Everyone is very nice and keeps to themselves so we ask that you be a calm mindful resident as well. The neighborhood is very vibrant. It is a working class neighborhood surrounded my shops, restaurants, a park (tennis courts, pool, basketball courts, baseball/soccer field). There is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk from the house, a laundromat about 2 minutes away, a bus stop around the corner, the metro Gold Line about 15 minutes away. You have a bank, autozone, gas stations and all the easy access to any freeway you need. Leases can be anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. If you are a student we can work out a price to help you maintain the lease during your time off school (with a valid I.D.). There are no subleases. Utilities are divided between 4 other people and these include electricity, gas, water, WiFi, and potentially a cleaning person who will stop by once a month, depending on everyone agreeing on it. Utilities should be about $60 a month, depending on the month of the year and they will be available for everyone to keep transparency.
