We require a one month Security Deposit, initial 6 Months Contract Lease and after that it will become a Month to Month Lease. No Application Fees but we still do our own background checking. A good and stable income is our top criteria. Kitchenette is well equipped with the most basic things you need for cooking and also eating wares. Bed has bed protector and extra bed linens. The cleaning tools are provided too, so you just need to bring in your clothes. One parking space only, we have a Towing Service, so notify us if you will have a guest. Strictly No Overstaying Guest (means guest overnights are limited) We're outside the city limits but still very near the city, it's very safe and quiet here. We're near a Walmart community store, Food Lion, varied restaurants, and a Gas Station. All the other tenants in this property are senior men.
