Friendly dogs are welcome but only if they are quiet and with you most of the time. It is not allowed for you to leave a dog alone in the house during the day. There is a friendly dog already living on the property. No tobacco cigarette smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Marijuana is ok outdoors and at a distance from the buildings. Street parking is available. No parking available to tenants on the property. This rental is lgbtq and poc friendly. The lease is for 1 year. The security deposit is $5000 and covers the cost of damage and cleaning of the rental (if necessary). It does not cover the last month's rent. Renters are required to keep the inside of the building, the front steps and the rear deck and stairs clean and tidy. Landlord covers care of the garden, although renter participation is welcome.
