Furnished Room and All Utilities Included. The room is only for one individual. Your own private Bathroom. You'll also have your own Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, TV, and your own Dinner Wares and Cooking Wares, so you don't share these things with anybody. No Application Fees but we still do our own background checking. Bed has protector and extra bed linens, so you just need to bring in your clothes. We require a one-month Security Deposit ($720.00), initial 6 Months Contract Lease and after that it will become a Month-to-Month Lease. All Utilities included and Wifi. You have one assigned parking space. Strictly No Smoking There's Restrictions on Visitors No Pets Allowed Laundry in the building. Room is on the ground floor.
