Two larger bedrooms are carpeted. Small bedroom/nursery/office is hardwood floor. Application fee is $35 per adult. Preferred credentials: 640+ credit score, monthly income of 2.5x the rent, good job and rental history, no prior evictions or judgements. We accept vouchers and other forms of rental assistance. No smoking in-doors, whatsoever. Tenant will be responsible for all required utility costs (electric, water, sewage, trash). Tenant will be responsible for all optional utility costs (cable, internet). Tenant will be responsible for yard work maintained to a minimum standard to be discussed. However, there is an option to waive responsibility for an additional rental charge. Landlord will cover all pest treatment costs.
