Adjacent to this, the kitchenette twinkles with the promise of home-cooked meals. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The laundry space is shared between all units. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. The house has a digital combo lock pad. You will receive the code upon check-in, allowing for contact-free check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home, while outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, but we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
