Welcome to the coziest cottage in Columbus! This charming half of a duplex features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, providing all the comforts of home. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown and minutes from I-185, you'll have easy access to Fort Moore. With space for up to 6 guests, it's perfect for families or friends. This simple 2-bedroom cottage offers a modest and functional place to stay. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV for relaxation. A dining area sits just off the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, ideal for preparing basic meals. Both bedrooms feature queen beds for a comfortable night's sleep, and the shared bathroom includes a tub for convenience. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. The laundry space is shared between all units. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
