The uses permitted in this "C-8" Planned Commercial District shall be contained in one (1) building not to exceed 6,500 square feet in gross floor area or one (1) building level in height. b. SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT Within eighteen (18) months from the date of approval of the preliminary development plan by the County Council and prior to issuance of any building or occupancy permit, the petitioner shall submit to the Planning Commission for its review and approval a Site Development Plan. Where due cause is shown by the developer, this time interval may be extended through appeal to and approval by the Planning Commission .
