This is an rv on our 40 acre ranch. The rv is set away from our cabin and facing the woods for your privacy. This rv is 2 years old and has everything you need as far as a kitchen with plenty of cabinets for storage, a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Relax on the reclining leather sofa to watch all of your favorite shows on the smart tv. Tired? Take a nap in the master bedroom on the super cozy king bed. The master bedroom also has a closet and plenty of storage. The shower in the bathroom is large and spacious. There's also a garage which you could use as storage or a second bedroom. It does include a queen bed. Sit outside and watch the turkey and the babies, the deer, and if you sit long enough, you'll hear the horses. Watch the birds or even look at the stars at night. We have a fully stocked pond you can fish out of or sit on the swing and read a book (it's so peaceful here). It's like living on vacation everyday. There's also a community pool ( for just our tenants and guests ) in the works estimated to be done next summer. Owner will cover water, sewer, trash, and electric, and lawn care. Renter will pay for their own internet, cable, and propane. 1 pet (dog) allowed, and must be up to date on shots and provide documentation. Renter will provide proof of income with application. Renter will have renters insurance and provide a copy to owner. No smoking in the rv. No cigerette butts or trash on the ground. Deposit is due upon application approval, and rent is due before the first.
