Great hunting property. Would be very easy to put in a camp trailer and hook it up. Drive is in place although it is covered with grass and not real apparent from the road. Very old trailer on land is not habitable. Property borders State Land in the back, has electric, well, and septic. The well has a pit next to it with the pressure tank in it and is covered with plywood. Caution is advised when walking around the well.
