Screening Criteria:

*Applicants who do not view properties will lose their place in the queue if they are unable to sign a lease within two days of application approval.
* All rents and deposits, a lease signed by all parties and proof of tenant liability insurance will be required to be in place prior to receiving keys or taking occupancy of the property.
