If you are self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's tax documents or 6 months of recent bank statements; and a current Profit and Loss Statement. We can also send verification of income if we feel the proper information has not been provided. CREDIT VERIFICATION Credit scores of each applicant must be that of 600 or greater. No Evictions, Judgements to past/present Landlords, utilities, etc. The Property Manager may approve a co-signer for a declined credit verification for an applicant with no credit but with good landlord references. If so, the co-signer would need to go through the same application process. If approved, the tenant may be required to pay by certified funds.
