It has granite countertops, laminated and vinyl plank flooring, and refinished cabinets in kitchen & bath cabinets, like new HVAC, refrigerator, water heater, stainless steel appliances and Pergo floors in all bedrooms! It's located off I-540 and Louisburg Road, close to shopping centers, Lowes Foods, Aldi, Target, Walmart, restaurants, swimming pool complex, top-rated schools, and the Triangle Town Mall nearby. Tenant has to pay all utilities. The Security Deposit is $3200 (two months rent). No more than four occupants. No criminal records, no previous eviction history and a minimum of 600 credit score is required(if credit too low, we accept cosign or a higher deposit). In addition, no drilling holes or needles in the walls, because this will cause permanent damage to the house. The house has no garage, but there are two car parking spaces and there is a small storage on the back of the house. Tenant has to maintain the lawn. Landlord stresses NO PETS allowed and this is not negotiable. NO PETS AT ALL. We can negotiate short term leasing depending on how long you want to lease. But for short term lease, the landlord will increase the rent.
