The room is in a cute house in South Ogden for $217 (plus utilities, power, gas, and internet). All in all, it comes out to be about $300 a month. You'd be rooming with three other girls that are really nice and laid back. The house has heat and air conditioning (which you don't always see in Ogden!) There's a washing machine downstairs, and the room has a huge open closet. You'd have your own separate entrance as well. You share a kitchen, dining room, and open living space with all the girls, and a bathroom with one other girl. The current tenant will not be leaving any of the stuff you see in the pictures behind--the room will be empty for you to fill up with all of your stuff! :) If you're looking for a room in the Ogden area that's right next to everything you might need, you've come to the right place. It's about two blocks from a Fresh Market and a McDonald's, two houses away from a 7-11, and a five minute drive from Weber State.
