You can find many stores such as Walmart, Ross, and Walgreens less than a kilometer away, and the Aventura Mall is only 5 minutes away. There are also extraordinary restaurants in the surroundings. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For your safety, no diving and no running are allowed. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. The washer and dryer are next to the elevators (not inside the unit).
