Fees to pay upon check-in include $30.00 for fobs for every 3 guests. Parking rates are $5.00 after 15 minutes, $10.00 for all day (In and Out), $5.00 for the daily rate, and $8.00 for the overnight rate. All units include one beach umbrella, a Graco pack and play for infants, beach towels for your use at the beach, and two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience). Packages can be delivered to the building for a cost of $5.00 per package. Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. Guests coming from the pool or beach must utilize the service elevator. Trash and waste should be disposed of in the second-floor garage for all large box containers and should not be left in the hallways. Luggage carts must be utilized for the service elevator only.
