Only suitable for 2 people max. There are currently tenants so in person viewing is only available after September 1st. Online viewing is available by appointment in August. An application may be accepted after an online viewing. One bedroom stand alone house with private yard, entrance, and parking. The house is fully furnished everything needed for an extended stay. There is a shared laundry room with nice front loading machines (shared only with the couple in the main house). The kitchen has a large toaster oven and several hot pans for cooking as well as a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, hot pot, and coffee maker. It doesn't have a stove but we lived there for 5 years and never missed it. There's a full size fridge and Brita filter as well. It's a quick 8 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to downtown. The Aspen golf course, many trails including the 2 mile Foxglenn Trail, Foxglenn park, the urban trail system into downtown & many bike routes are all minutes from the house. You can bike to many of the major mountain biking/hiking trail systems in about 20 minutes from the front door. Who you're renting from: We are bike and outdoor enthusiast, artists, musicians, and generally laid back folks. We called this sweet little house home for 5 years. It doubled as a studio space & its walls have been ever changing murals. We planted the garden ourselves and have watched it mature & we're happy to now share it. This is a creative, positive, safe, and inclusive space for all people. We are very serious when we say, NO PETS AND NO SMOKERS. Please do not inquire if either of these apply to you. We do not allow pets for allergy reasons and we live right next door. There are also several plants that are toxic to animals in the yard. Lease available from October through March.
