This is a fantastic apartment and I'm looking for fantastic tenants more so than normal because I am the owner and live on the first floor and have lived here for 25 years. I am subsidizing the rent far below market rate in order to rent to an individual or couple, preferably people who work downtown and embrace the bike/ped lifestyle made possible by living in the heart of Harleston Village. I will not consider renting to undergrads or groups of unrelated roommates. This amazing 3rd floor apartment is in the Henrietta Aiken Kelly house built in 1895. It is arguably the most beautiful Queen Anne Victorian in the city. Ceilings are 16 ft. in the center. Includes washer/dryer, stove, ref., dishwasher, microwave, central heat/air, clawfoot tub, and an unfinished turret room that is the coolest room in the house. The closet is absolutely huge.
