I also have inserted below all of the information for this rental Apartment, so if after reading the below descriptions on this rental below you are still interest, then please see the above attachment application that needs to be filled and submitted to me. The rental should be ready to rent by 9/24/2025. It is currently under complete renovation, and the contractors may be done earlier next week, but I won't know for sure until they let me know when they are done. I'm having a brand-new stove and refrigerator being delivered on 9/23/2025, so it definitely cannot be rented until those arrive in the unit on that day.
