It's a ten minute walk from Richmond Hill Park, which has disc golf, hiking trails, and mountain biking. Upstairs neighbors have a family and a dog, so it's not a totally silent living situation - you can definitely hear footsteps. It's currently partially furnished (couches/rugs) but we can rehome any unwanted furniture. To access the apartment, you need to walk down outdoor steps and through the yard. Two parking spaces are available in the shared driveway. Rental price includes utilities, internet, and lawn care.
