The apartment is one side of a recently renovated duplex, including two floors of living space, an unfinished basement, and back deck. The available bedrooms are on the first and second floor of the apartment and will be unfurnished. Furniture can be arranged upon request. There is a small herb and veggie garden on the side of the house. In addition, there is a 1 y/o female cat.Public transportation includes several bus lines that run to Dudley Station, Jackson Square, and Ruggles Station. We are walking distance to the South End and Jamaica Plain, as well as a short car or bus ride to South Bay and Centre Street in JP. Street parking is available and does not require a permit.Utilities (wireless, gas, and electric) are split three ways by the tenants. Our landlords have requested first and last months' rent ($1500) at signing. Looking to find someone ASAP and there is the possibility of an earlier move in date!
