The unit faces the public alley, but the entrance to the building is on commonwealth ave. The lofted bedroom is elevated above the kitchen (6ft ceilings) and has two decent sized closets with racks. The kitchen is highly suitable for cooking and entertaining. This is a no smoking, no pets building. There is a laundry machine on the basement level ($1.50 in quarters to wash & $1.50 in quarters to dry). The fireplace is functional. Utilities are $100 / month for everything. Credit check + first, last, and security deposit are required to move in. Furnishings are negotiable (for sale or can be removed), including couch, coffee table, chairs, dressers, and bedside table.
