The lease is a one year lease, with the deposit due at signing, and the first month's rent due the first of the month of the beginning of the lease. The owner pays for trash and recycling. Utilities paid by the tenant include water, internet and RG&E, (gas and electricity). There is a washer dryer for the tenant's use at the house.
