Unit Sits above a large communal shop space that is well suited for art studio space, and other projects. There is also a communal greenhouse and garden beds on the property. Tenant pays their own power and propane, and is responsible for their own trash. AWD/4x4 recommended for the snow. Verizon LTE works well on the property. I also have high speed Starlink internet hooked up to the main house on the property, but haven't yet connected it to this 2 bedroom unit. The space is furnished, with queen beds for each bedroom, dressers, couch, chairs, table, kitchen wear, but I can remove pieces if you have your some of you own things you want to bring.
