The Tenant shall arrange for all such accounts to be placed in their name and shall ensure timely payment to avoid interruption of services. The Landlord shall not be liable for any disruption or discontinuation of services due to the Tenant's failure to maintain payments.
2. Internet Services
The Tenant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any internet or cable services desired at the Premises. The Landlord shall not be required to provide or maintain any internet or media-related services.
3. Renter's Insurance Requirement
The Tenant is required to obtain and maintain a renter's insurance policy for the duration of the lease term. The policy must include: Liability coverage of at least $100,000, Coverage for personal property and contents within the Premises.
Proof of renter's insurance must be provided to the Landlord prior to move-in and upon request during the lease period. The Landlord shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to the Tenant's personal property.
