If interested, applicants will have to be screened by Stonewood Garden Apartments and approved. Once approved they would be added to our lease and then we will be removed. As of November 1st, we will have 8 months remaining on our lease. Rent is $2,199 and security deposit is $600. Utilities are about $200 per month. Renters insurance is required, we pay $17 a month. There is 1 parking spot included with rent, an additional parking pass is $75 a month. Pets are allowed but there are additional fees that go with that. There is limited street parking! There is a pool and gym, currently no guest are allowed to use the pool or gym due to COVID restrictions but they are open to residents on an appointment basis. Pool is very easy to use, must call in the morning to get a spot at the gym. There is a new pool being put in and large recreation area that is projected to be completed around December.
