Being at the southern end of PT, minutes from SR20, you don't need to drive through all of PT to get in and out of town. That can save you 20-30 minutes a day if you commute or travel frequently outside PT, go to Seattle or make supply runs to Sequim, Poulsbo or Silverdale. About 40 minutes to the Kingston ferry over to Seattle. Big box stores are 45 minutes away in Sequim or Silverdale. Trash fees, water and sewer included.
