Look out at the water, go fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboard or swimming, storage for smaller toys under the deck. Due to tenants still being in the home there will be no tours. Currently, the earliest open house is Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Renters pay for all utilities, and take care of outside maintenance, such as mowing the small lawn. If you choose to use the private beach you will pay (next year, already paid for this year), the $150ish fee one time for the summer, usually required in March and/or April.
