Completely gone through inside and out 1 year ago.. new flooring, paint, and window coverings throughout.. Beautiful home on a very quiet and established street... Nice secluded and relaxing back patio/yard.. Indoor laundry and 2 car garage with new roll up door.. Tennant is responsible for all utilities and maintaining the yards. Looking for long term tennants.. I've never raised the rent on previous tennants even after 11 years of occupancy.. No smoking inside home and prefer no pets but it's an option with a deposit based of the animal.
