The house sits 100 yards off of the road which sees a car or two an hour. Shared kitchen space. A large deck(500 sf)overlooking a wooded area with lots of wildlife passing by. Garage parking with auto door. High speed internet. All the storage you could reasonably want. A large garden on the property. You can grow whatever you want. The upstairs bathroom, which I will give you access to, has a large tub which has jets. A really great way to unwind towards the end of the day. Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they get along with my dog. No drug users or smokers. I'm open to a month-to-month, or 6 months, or yearly lease depending on the situation. No smoking in the house. Renter will get one spot in the garage for parking a vehicle, additional space in the garage for storage,and additional space in the outbuilding if needed.
