    A brokendown palace on 30.5 acres of wetlands for less than $100k? Nooooooo wayyyyy! This circa 1984 post and pier camp is screaming for some love but oh-what-a-spot. Gorgeous wetlands surround on three sides with wide open views and southern exposure.
