This house had been in #foreclosure a while, went to auction a time or two and I was watching and waiting. The last of our kids were either "running" or being "kicked" from the nest (lol), we no longer needed 3500 sq. feet and wanted to be 100 % FREE of debt. This little gem didn't move simply because of the location, you may think your in the movie "Wrong Turn". However it is placed nicely on a hill and very serene, deer and turkey live in the fields around us. The house is a work in progress, so many things have changed. I have not updated the pic and probably will not until I get it picture perfect.
