This was my dad‘s manufactured home in Cedar City, that he purchased back in 2017. We are selling it for him because he passed away. He replaced the roof with a tin roof. It has a carport, a storage shed, a big backyard with a garden, it does need to be re-leveled, it is settling in the middle, and there is some noticeable cracks in the wall and ceiling that are in the pictures. The house does not come with the land, it is only the house that is being sold. You have to rent the property and that is available through the property manager. I believe my dad was paying $420 a month to rent the space that the trailer is on. I was informed that there is a $40 application fee per person at the managers office for a background check.
