It's a Gate Guarded One bedroom, guest lodge above a detached garage, right on the Black Smith River in Nibley Utah near Hollow road. Total seclusion. Lodge is located on a small farm on a private lane. Guest Lodge is lovely. You have access to your own washer and dryer in the garage below the Lodge. Air conditioned in summer plus a new range. Rent is $1180 a month plus utilities $230 per month paid with rent. There is high speed internet available with Comcast for an additional fee . No pets allowed. No Smoking, . Also we have built a large secure storage room for an additional fee. Property sits on 4.6 acres. First and last months rent and utilities plus a $1000 Damage deposit required up front. References required along with credit check and background check. Owners live in a separate home on the property. 8 month lease required. There is a counter top oven but not a built in. Renters pay $230 per month for all utilities not including high speed internet which is available for additional charge
