To qualify you need $2000 a month income for houses from $500 to $650 per month. Houses $675 and up need $2400 income. Your deposit will generally be $350 to $500 UNLESS YOU HAVE A BANKRUPTCY OR EVICTION. THEN IT WILL BE $1200. If you admit to a bankruptcy or eviction, there is no application fee. If you say you do not have a bankruptcy or eviction then there is a $30 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only. Other forms of bad credit are ok.
