Needs plumbing work, needs more insulation, exterior needs new gutters and maintenance, also there is a footing and foundation for a garage. The siding is cedar and I have a source making some to make repairs before painting. It has a new tank and drain field this fall. The well is 4 inch steel and works great, needs filtration to eliminate nitrates. I am continuing to work on my home and as I do the price will go up.
