A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The upstairs bathroom is accessible through the bedroom with the twin trundle bed without a separating door. The basement bathroom is located on the unfinished side. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but noise should be kept to a minimum between 9 pm and 9 am. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool and backyard. Any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye. No pets are allowed in the pool. The pool liner should be protected from sharp claws to prevent rips. Avoid using plastic mini waste, including confetti, glitter, water beads, and balloons, as well as pelletized materials like plastics, glass, and metals. The pool is a saltwater pool. The pool season closes on September 30 and reopens on May 15, weather-dependent. A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While cleanliness is a priority, the proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies. Turning off the exterior lights at night may help.
