I will be out of state on a work assignment beginning in mid-October and returning late April. I am looking for someone to sub-let my desirable, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment while I am gone. The apartment has all you need, just bring yourself and your personal effects. $3500/month covers everything, including: Heat/electric Water Trash WiFi Apartment amenities include: Gas Grill Stationary Bike Roku and Apple TV Large Patio area Private Driveway (off-street parking) 1 extra parking spot in auxiliary spaces across the street Use of Bicycles and other sporting goods (if wanted, otherwise I can store) Electric Generator (in case of power shutoff) Black-out curtains in both bedrooms Kuerig Coffe Maker HP Printer/Scanner Projection Scree / Projector for Movie Watching in Master Bedroom Dishes, Pots, Pans, Towels, Bedding... all household items you need! The master bedroom has a luxurious King Size bed. The second bedroom has a quite comfortable full-size bed. Both bedrooms have large closets for you to store your personal effects. The apartment is part of a small building and occupies the entire top floor. There are no neighbors above or on the sides... just one neighbor below, that you can never hear. So it is very private and quiet. The building is right off Shoreline Highway and just minutes from 101. I can usually make it to the Golden Gate Bridge in roughly 10 minutes. You can also easily get to Stinson Beach / Muir Woods! There is a 7-11 walking distance from the apartment and Good Earth, Walgreens, etc are less than a mile away. Also within walking distance are plenty of great hiking trails! There is not a washer / dryer in the unit but the building does have a small laundry room on-site (and in 3 years I've never had to wait to use it). Apartment is non-smoking and pet free... and needs to stay that way. It is available around October 18 through the end of April but I may have flexibility on both the front and back ends of the lease... Move-in will require a pro-rated payment of the first month's rent as well as a security deposit (one month's rent). Credit check and reference check will be required of applicants.
