Over an acre of usable back yard space. If interested will discuss background checks and give a total due prior to moving in with security deposits and first Month rent. Won't deny pets, will cause extra security deposit to be added for them. Home can be available as early as January 1st but can pro rate Jan 7, 15, Feb 1st etc. Thank you for your interest. Own the home next door as well and it is occupied. Both this home and the one next door share the huge backyard. Must make minimum two times the rent, small animals up to 25 pounds allowed with extra security deposit. No smoking in the home, outside is fine. Plenty of parking 8-10 spaces plus parking for a trailer. Require deposits and 1st month rent to move in. Can give last month if you desire but is not necessary. Will cost a $2100 to break the lease. I can email the entire lease agreement to those interested. I will maintain the back yard and spray the gravel for weeds, You will maintain front yard and flower beds.
