The land surrounding the home is completely fenced, it provides privacy, an animal pasture, a fenced backyard and front yard, lots of parking and a pull- through driveway. This is a comfortable and cozy home for anyone who doesn't mind the responsibility of monitoring the drip irrigation system so that the existing trees and plants stay alive and healthy (owner will deduct $30 per month from the rent for this portion of the water usage with a signed agreement). The home has indoor laundry hookups, window blinds, refrigerator, gas stove, and is heated and cooled with remote-controlled mini-split units. There is a classic wood burning brick fireplace in the living room, but it is inoperable without a fireplace insert. The rental comes with a storage shed that has an attached covered parking space. The back patio is a nice setting for an outdoor dining area with mature shade trees and views of the property. Each adult living in the home must fill out their OWN application. For example, if there are two adults looking for a place, then two applications would be needed. The home is available for lease beginning either 1/15/25 or 1/30/25. PLEASE NOTE: One of the bedrooms and the second bathroom are much smaller than the others and this is very much a farm-style house. It's an oldie-but-goody (well maintained!). The driveways are not paved so this type of country living is not for those who like everything perfect. Owner pays $30 per month towards the water bill with signed agreement that tenant keeps all plants alive and healthy by keeping them watered. Deposit and lease agreement required. Pets negotiable.
