Looking for community-minded person/people to rent a 2 bedroom cottage and share our 1 acre property just northwest of the Highlands. The property has two homes (one is where the owners live with their 2 year-old daughter, the other is the cottage for rent) as well as a gazebo, shop for art and projects, and lots of space with hammocks, a fire pit, swings and space to explore. Amazing location - walking distance to Tennyson Street and short bike/drive to Sloan's Lake, Highlands and downtown. A little about us (more when we meet!) - Trish works at the University of Denver as the Director of Community Engagement. She is also a coach and consultant who works with nonprofits and social changemakers and is passionate about community building, travel, nature and gathering people. Adam runs a communications consulting business that works with nonprofits and community leaders. He's a talented musician, artist, and carpenter. Cadence is a 2 year-old with a big personality...very big. And Tucker is a 4 year-old doggie who is anxious at first but would love to have another dog to play with. We hope to rent the cottage to someone(s) who will share the space and our vision for community.
