Nathan's Walk Apartments vary in price and are individually leased. The administrative fee is $75 per person and the security deposit is typically the same as the rent. The rental price includes water/sewer, an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, a monthly utility allowance of $35 for electricity per unit, and hardwire internet access through SkyBest. Parking is available for an additional $50 per month. Compact vehicles are strongly recommended. No guest parking available. Sorry, these units are not pet friendly. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC. The available 1-bed/1-bath unit rents for $1,070 per month for an individual occupant.
