The cabin boasts an open concept living area, allowing for seamless flow between the kitchen, and living room with ample storage space is in the loft. Home features 2025 refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, washer & dryer and living room AC. Ceiling fans are in the bedroom and living room. Cabin includes a couch (that pulls out), a new queen size mattress, basic kitchen utensils, lots of board games for those quite evenings and much more. If you have your own items, let the landlord know and they can put the cabin items in the basement and out of your way. Home offers two parking spots on a gravel driveway. Available October 1st 2025 till May 15th 2026. Landlord pays for almost ALL utilities: water (well), sewer (septic), electrical, and garbage collection. The renter is responsible for "plug-in" internet. The renter is responsible for basic yardwork or snow removal. This property does not have a gas line but gas grills are welcomed on the back deck. A non-refundable $300 Move-In Fee (if renting under 6 months), first month's rent and deposit are due at lease signing. No smoking or vaping is allowed. Up to two dogs are allowed.
