This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an extra fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 18, and daytime occupancy is 25. Fox Run's enchanting location on Lake Norman is ideal for both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy kayaking, pontoon rides, and exploring 500 miles of shoreline with waterfront restaurants. The area offers local attractions, dining, fishing, outdoor activities, and nature trails, making it a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty. The property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed at the driveway and road, and another towards the dock. The garage and boat lift are not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The pool is heated to a minimum of 80 degrees from April 1 to October 31. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and water depth cannot be guaranteed.
