The management company and owner are one in the same, and we have a vested interest in providing attentive management and customer service to our residents. Also, as a way to make your life easier, each resident will have access to an online tenant portal through which you can view and pay account balances, submit maintenance requests and contact management! Pricing This apartment is priced at $1595/month. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Gas will be covered in a monthly flat fee of $60/month (single occupancy) to be paid with your rent.
