Security cameras at the front of the home ensure parking compliance. There are no video devices inside the home. A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected 60 days before check-in. The security deposit amount is $1,000 for stays of 30 nights $2,000 for stays of 31-59 nights, and $3,000 for stays of 60-90 nights. Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by the Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant. Any funds remaining in the Security Deposit not required to repair damage or for extra cleaning will be refunded within 21 days of departure.
